What is Pyschodrama?
Psychodrama is a group action method created by J.L. Moreno (1889-1974) which uses directed dramatic techniques to explore and resolve issues raised by participants.
It is applicable to a variety of professional settings including education, organisations, management, health, community development, coaching and therapy. This therapeutic approach is highly effective in assisting individuals and groups to take charge of their lives.
