Venue: Hannaford Community Centre, 608 Darling Street, Rozelle
Cost: $780, deposit $100

Course Outline:
This group is designed for advanced trainees to further integrate their identity as a practitioner. The group provides a place to continue practice directing under supervision, and to further refine their understanding of Morenian methods. Participants are committed to proceed to accreditation and will have completed their first paper (eg: Social & Cultural Atom, Open & Closed Systems) towards certification as psychodramatist, sociodramatist, sociometrist or role trainer. They are at the phase of developing their own practice through applying the method in their workplace or community, in particular, running their own groups.

In this program each trainee is expected to run at least one Open Night or co-lead a Personal Development Group in conjunction with an Institute Trainer. The trainee will receive a report on their directing of the Open Night or an identified session from the Personal Development Group. To deepen the learning, two individual supervision sessions with their Primary Trainer are included in the program.

Trainees are expected to shape part of the curriculum by, for example: organising a clinic within the program; focusing on group supervision; initiating a peer group for those working on their thesis; in other words, to extend the program as needed.

In the context of their developmental contract with their Primary Trainer, participants are strongly encouraged to attend the workshops open to all ongoing trainees and the Residential.
