Welcome to Psychodrama NSW
What is
Psychodrama?

Psychodrama is a group action method created by J.L. Moreno (1889-1974) which uses directed dramatic techniques to explore and resolve issues raised by participants.

It is applicable to a variety of professional settings including education, organisations, management, health, community development, coaching and therapy. This approach is highly effective in assisting individuals and groups to take charge of their lives.

Trainees learn by "doing" in an experiential environment which encourages and supports taking risks and making "mistakes". These are seen as excellent learning opportunities.

It involves both personal development and skills training. We provide a flexible system of training designed to meet the individual needs of trainees. Training groups are open to people at all levels of training.
