For most of us, our intentions are better than our behaviour. At times we do live up to the best in ourselves. At other times we compromise, get cornered or just lose the plot. This workshop is an opportunity to focus on the work that will move you forward. Psychodrama is an experiential method that uses action to gain a new perspective on what assists you and what blocks you from living the life you want. Psychodrama is a wonderful approach that engages your thoughts feelings and actions in relationship with others in dramatic enactment. At its heart psychodrama assumes that we all have a capacity for creativity and spontaneity. Whether you participate in other people's dramas or enact a part of your own story, you will be moved towards your deeper experience of love, wisdom and spontaneity. |
